This is another tasty and easy side dish which is served with any Greek meal.
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Half a teaspoon of thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Peel and chop the potatoes into large chunks, place in a roasting dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil ensuring that all of the potatoes are covered.
- Sprinkle over the oregano and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place into the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
